Red Paddle Co work closely with our excellent UK retailer network to create our approved store scheme. All our independent retailers supply epic service, great stock holding and the majority have demo boards on the water, so you can try before you buy. This ensures sure you purchase your perfect Red Paddle Co product.
Once you have placed an order, it will be automatically fulfilled by your local, approved Red Paddle Co Store. You will then receive a notification from the approved Red Paddle Co Store that will fulfil your order detailing the tracking information and any other relevant information regarding your order. Your new Red Paddle Co product will then swiftly arrive with you within 3 working days of the original order.

All orders over £100 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Any orders under £100 will be subject to a £4.95 delivery charge. Your Red Paddle Co order will be delivered to you within 3 WORKING DAYS from the original purchase date.

Please note we are only able to ship to addresses within the UK.
We offer FREE RETURNS within 14 days from the original purchase date, for any unused BOARD PACKAGE ORDERS still in their original packaging, pending product inspection we can then offer a full refund. To arrange the return of your order, please contact the approved Red Paddle Co Store who fulfilled your order, listed on the order confirmation or alternatively please contact us directly us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange returns.
For unwanted RED ORIGINAL or RED PADDLE CO ACCESSORIES items we regret that we do not offer free returns at this time, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return. To arrange the return of your order, please contact the approved Red Paddle Co Store who fulfilled your order, listed on the order confirmation or alternatively please contact us directly us on email@example.com to arrange returns. Please return the item(s) with their labels attached and in their original packaging. We recommend that items are returned to us using a trackable, signed-for, delivery service and we recommend you insure your return for the value of the product. Pending product inspection, we can then offer a full refund (excluding original carriage if applicable).
All boards come with a 1 year warranty as standard, with an extra 1 year warranty added when you register your board athttps://redpaddleco.com/en-gb/register/.
